We’re Return Fundraising. We were founded in 2015 by former charity employees, and today, we’re proud to be one of the UK’s largest telephone fundraising agencies.

Our career fundraisers are passionate about our charity partners, and they work from our office in Highbury, London, and remotely around the country.

We have an intensive quality assurance process, which combined with our fundraising team’s significant experience, gives us an unrivalled level of compliance.

Our Client Services team works closely with our partners to offer informed recommendations on response rates and the lifetime value of supporters.

Our team averages over seven years of fundraising experience, and actively seeks societal good outside of working hours. We learn from their expertise, which combined with our extensive quality assurance programme, ensures a cycle of continuous improvement.
