We include Lottery asks on several campaigns including acquisition products as well as warm calling, including upgrade and reactivation campaigns. Using lottery drop asks can increase response rates, engage new supporters and allow donors to support in a way which most suits them.

Reactivation campaigns involve speaking to lapsed supporters who have previously supported your work with a regular gift. Through engaging and inspiring calls, our fundraisers can bring these supporters back on board, helping you grow your supporter base.

Stewardship and Loyalty
Our stewardship and loyalty programme aims to limit attrition drop-offs by thanking supporters for their donation, ensuring that they are comfortable with their level of support and gaining feedback on their experience as a regular donor. Using short stewardship questions we can provide you with vital feedback and promote long lasting relationships with your regular donors.

Welcome calling can be a fantastic way of thanking new supporters and telling them more about your vital work.
Gift Aid
We offer admin calling to lapsed and active supporters including calls to update gift aid preferences. Gift aid can be claimed for up to 4 years previously so ensuring that preferences are up to date can help raise vital income. Gift aid calling can also serve as an engaging touch point for supporters, thanking them for the kind donation.

Gifts in wills can be a vital source of income for many charities and our team of experienced legacy callers focus on understanding the stage of consideration which your supporters are at, helping you steward them through their legacy journey appropriately.
