Jonathan has been in the charity industry for over a decade, working in Individual Giving teams at Marie Curie, King’s College Hospital and Barnardo’s.

He helped found Return Fundraising over 5 years ago, and has since helped some of the best-known UK charities super-charge their TM programmes.

Seb is an experienced client manager, supporting clients to deliver exceptional fundraising projects. Her expertise lie in understanding the client’s objectives and how best to achieve them with minimal disruption.

She has over 6 years of fundraising experience and a broad background in business development. She initially joined Return Fundraising as a telephone fundraiser whilst completing her masters, and has since integrated a range of her expertise and new found skills into client management.

Roko has over 15 years over experience in both sales and fundraising, as well expertise in account management.

Initially joining Return Fundraising as a telephone fundraiser, he has since moved in to a client management role, working with clients to set up and manage campaigns.

In addition to heading operational, creative, supporter experience and client services teams, he has served as Joint Managing Director to one of the country’s largest telephone fundraising agencies and has had a hand in campaigns winning National Fundraising and Direct Marketing Association awards in a variety of roles.

Lipa has over 10 years experience working within the charity sector. She has experience in fundraising, quality and compliance management, and fundraiser development.

Lipa manages our fundraising campaigns, trains fundraisers to excel in dialogue fundraising and works collaboratively with her team to deliver the best fundraising outcomes for our clients.

Valerian has over five years experience both as a telephone fundraiser and as a quality assessor within some of the UK’s largest professional fundraising organisations.

Specialising in fundraising compliance and supporter experience, he provides in-depth assessments of Return Fundraising’s calls, ensuring that they are fully compliant with all relevant regulation, legislation and that our callers provide the best supporter experience

Adam has many years of telephone experience and has been with the company since 2015.
