Jonathan founded Return Fundraising over 7 years ago, and has since helped some of the best-known UK charities super-charge their TM programmes.
Prior to setting up Return Fundraising, worked across the sector in Individual Giving teams, including at Barnardo’s and Marie Curie.
Ben Smith
Ben has over a decade’s experience in charity telephone fundraising.
In addition to heading operational, creative, supporter experience and client services teams, he has served as Joint Managing Director to one of the country’s largest telephone fundraising agencies.
Adam Brown
Adam has many years of telephone experience and has been with the company since 2015.
As head of the data data team, he focuses on analytics, reports and data management so that our clients get the best fundraising outcomes for their budgets.
